BACKGROUND  

City joint distribution needs governments to formulate distribution plan, guide the enterprises to build joint distribution information platform, and integrate distribution resources, ultimately to achieve city joint distribution. With the development of e-commerce in recent years, city joint distribution business growth explosively. It is important to scientific and reasonable plan and organize the joint distribution system, so that they can distribute efficiently and ease urban traffic congestion to save energy and reduce pollution.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION AND OUTCOMES  

Guiyang City, as a pilot city of joint distribution assigned by the Ministry of Commerce, actively carry out the joint distribution system work. We assisted Guiyang City government research, develop and implement the “Guiyang City Joint Distribution System Planning”. We conducted a deeply field research, referenced the advanced domestic and foreign urban distribution system experiences, helped companies build the Guiyang City joint distribution information platform.

The implementation of the project plays an important role to alleviate city traffic congestion, save energy, reduce pollution and improve the distribution efficiency. It is an active experiment and explore for wisdom logistics.
