BACKGROUND  

Cold-chain logistics has aroused attention in the logistics industry. The requirement of cold-chain logistics is higher, so the management and capital investment is higher than the normal logistics. The Chinese agricultural cold chain logistics industry has developed rapidly, it require government to formulate and implement a scientific and effective macro policy as soon as possible. The construction of cold chain logistics is the strategic task of central government’s No.1 File. Under this background, we and Taiwan established a Mainland-Taiwan Cold-Train Alliance and Cold-Train Research Center.

Mainland and Taiwan's cold chain logistics industry cooperation was led by the ministry of commerce. Our team has specifically promoted the work, led by Director Li Jinying. Now Tianjin and Xiamen has become the pilot cities of Mainland-China cooperation in the cold chain logistics industry. 29 cold chain logistics industry cooperation pilot projects have been signed. We actively develop new pilot city, innovate a new mechanism of "government, industry and research" to promote local logistics industry system construction.
